Mr. Larsh Johnson, is a founder and director and the president and chief technology officer of eMeter Corporation. Earlier, Mr. Johnson co-founded CellNet Data Systems, where he was chief technical officer. Mr. Johnson provided CellNet's technology vision and patented the resulting system incorporating low cost wireless spread spectrum technology, industry-leading application of narrow-band wireless communications, and sophisticated client-server applications. Previously, Mr. Johnson was Director of Product Development at Interactive Communications Corporation, a video systems company, engineering manager at Digital Optics Corporation, and an electrical engineer at Systems Control Inc.

Mr. Johnson has a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
